Acceptable use policy
What you can’t do with MissionOS, so it stays safe and trustworthy for every campaign.
This version applies to real MissionOS accounts. This preview has no accounts, so the demo terms and privacy notice apply here.
Version 2, effective October 1, 2026
Elections and voters

- Mislead people about when, where or how to vote or register, who can vote, or the consequences of voting.
- Intimidate, threaten or coerce voters, election workers or candidates.
- Impersonate a candidate, campaign, election official or government agency, or hide who is really sending a message where the law requires disclosure.
- Publish synthetic or altered images, audio or video of real people without the disclosures the law requires.
When you send email through MissionOS:
- Only email people the law allows you to contact. Don’t send to purchased, rented or scraped lists.
- Identify your campaign, honor unsubscribe requests right away, and never re-add people who unsubscribed.
- Don’t send spam, phishing, or messages meant to evade spam filters.

Don’t:
- Upload information you have no right to use, including voter files used outside what state law allows.
- Sell or give away information from MissionOS where the law or its source prohibits it.
- Collect information about children under 13, or government ID, bank or health information in custom fields or notes.
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-download information from campaign websites or portals run on MissionOS.
